Naveed is a strategic program management leader with over two decades of experience delivering large-scale transformation initiatives in North America, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Currently a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, he oversees supply chain strategies for new site launches and champions digital innovations across global operations. He previously served at the United Nations, focusing on humanitarian development. Naveed is a past Chair of the Dixon Transition Society and sits on the boards of the SSSBC and the BC Co-op Association, advocating for inclusive services and governance. He holds a PMP certification, an Executive MBA, and is fluent in multiple languages.

Mandy is the principal of Insight Specialty Consulting and has more than 25 years’ experience in management consulting, project management, and real estate strategy. Her experience within the public, private, and non-profit sectors allows for multiple perspectives and best-in-class approaches from each of these areas. She has led large-scale initiatives and transformational change on behalf of clients in the health care, social services, construction and real estate sectors.

With over 30 years of experience in the property sector, Kirk Robinson is a seasoned industry leader known for delivering complex projects across a wide range of markets. As Senior Vice President of Development at PC Urban Properties, he oversees the identification and execution of high-impact development opportunities and plays an integral role in the company’s strategic planning efforts.

Kirk’s portfolio includes successful projects throughout the Lower Mainland and in more than eleven countries across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. Recognized for his global perspective, collaborative leadership style, and ability to navigate multifaceted development challenges, he brings a disciplined, results-oriented approach to every initiative.

Sneha Attili brings over a decade of expertise in the Canadian employee benefits industry, specializing in client services and benefits administration. Currently a senior client service representative at HUB International, she is skilled in managing benefits plans, building strong client relationships, and process optimization. Sneha holds an MBA and is certified in Group Benefits and Life Insurance. Outside of work, Sneha enjoys cooking, reading, family time and travelling.

Jelfie is a seasoned finance and transformation leader with over 24 years of international experience spanning multiple industries and geographies. She brings deep expertise in financial strategy, operational efficiency, risk compliance, and scaling businesses for sustainable growth. As a trusted C-suite advisor, she has consistently delivered value by leveraging emerging technologies—including Lean Six Sigma, artificial intelligence, and robotic automation—to drive profitability and business transformation.

She is the founder of Finn Aces Capital, a Gen AI consulting practice focused on helping businesses adopt and govern next-generation technologies responsibly. Her executive background includes serving as CFO at Richmond Steel Recycling and as Vice President at JP Morgan Chase, leading global derivative investment operations.

In 2020, Jelfie was recognized by Entrepreneur Media for the Best Use of Technology for Social Innovation, and in 2007, she was appointed as an industry representative to the Irish Prime Minister’s advisory board on pension policy.

She holds an MBA from École des Ponts Business School, Paris, and a bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Mathematics. Jelfie brings a global perspective, strategic insight, and a strong commitment to innovation and governance.

Margaret Ovenell is a Planner 1 in the Community Social Development Department at the City of Richmond, where her work focuses on seniors and accessibility planning. She is also a Master’s student in Gerontology at Simon Fraser University, with a research focus on the intersection of climate resilience and age-friendly communities. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, where she studied as a Loran Scholar.

Aadim is an experienced change management professional with a proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with interested parties to gain support for change, as well as the adoption and sustainment of new technology, processes, and business practices. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management from the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business, is a graduate of the Digital Transformation Leadership Program at the SFU Beedie School of Business, and holds multiple certifications, including a Change Management Certificate from UBC and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from McGill University.

Deeply community-minded, Aadim has meaningfully contributed to the nonprofit sector as a Board Member with Community Volunteer Connections and as a National Youth Council Member with the Canadian National Institute of the Blind. His volunteer experiences have strengthened his commitment to promoting belonging, accessibility, and dignity for all, and to fostering inclusive and culturally safe spaces.

Aadim is honoured to serve on the Board of Directors for the Senior Services Society of BC, where he looks forward to supporting its strategic vision of providing comprehensive support that enables seniors to live with dignity, independence, and security.

Jeanette is a Professor Emerita from Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC. She moved to New Westminster in 2017. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work, and a doctorate degree in educational leadership. She has taught Social Work and Gerontology for 25+ years and currently teaches part-time at Simon Fraser University within the Department of Gerontology. She recently taught and co-created two credentials in Gerontology at Langara College. Prior to entering academia, she engaged in social work practice within hospital, palliative, day program, respite, mental health, and community living residential settings. She is a passionate advocate of older adults and welcomes the opportunity to serve on the SSSBC Board to advance the well-being of seniors in our community.
