Information and Referral

Information and Referral services include information and form completion related to the subjects listed below. Volunteer outreach workers may be available in our office at variable times; appointments are made through the office. If clients are housebound, the outreach worker will visit them in their homes. Assistance is also provided in the office on a drop in basis during normal office hours.

Information on Provincial Government Programs - eligibility and assistance with applications for programs such as bus passes, tax rebates, Home Owner grants, MSP Care Card Applications. For more information contact the Provincial Government at 1-800-465-4911.
