A broad range of one-on-one housing navigation services including outreach, temporary housing, and the homeless prevention program to assist seniors aged 60+ to secure and maintain affordable and appropriate housing.
We provide community education opportunities so older adults 60+ and members of the public will have an increased level of knowledge about housing and support services in their communities.
