We are excited to introduce our new Director of Programs, Dovana Singh. Coming to us from Collingwood House, she brings over eight years of experience in senior services, multi-site program management, and human resources leadership. Dovana is recognized for her thoughtful decision-making, collaborative spirit, and genuine care, and brings a leadership style grounded in curiosity, intelligence, and listening with heart. In this role, Dovana will oversee housing and support services programs.

Dovana has developed innovative, trauma-informed programming that strengthens older adults’ independence and well-being, while also guiding teams through transitions with humour, steadiness, and support. She has worked closely with governing boards and municipal partners to align community services with strategic priorities and is passionate about fostering inclusive programs and services where seniors can thrive and age in the right place with dignity.

We are deeply grateful to Kyoko for a decade of outstanding service and dedication, first as a Housing Coordinator and later as Director of Operations. Throughout her tenure, Kyoko has gone above and beyond to support vulnerable seniors, ensuring that those facing housing crises not only found safe, stable homes—but also received the care and services they needed to thrive.
