In our third workshop, participants used stakeholder feedback to converge on which ideas to advance. Each working group developed and delivered a pitch to other groups for constructive input, refined their ideas, and then built a prototype for further input. Participants focused on listening vs. defending their idea, on what does and doesn’t work, and on what could be improved. The process strengthened ideas and helped prepare for questions that might be asked when testing prototypes in the broader community.
