Diabetes education centres provided by Fraser Health provide education and support to people living with diabetes, their family members and the community. Educators at these centres are registered dietitians and nurses who frequently have a Certified Diabetes Educator designation issued by the Canadian Diabetes Association. There may be other health care professionals on staff including pharmacists, exercise specialists and social workers. Please call for an appointment.
